We thank you and appreciate your service or product purchase with us on our website www.oneasy.ai (hereinafter referred to as “OnEasy”). Please read this policy and the OnEasy terms and conditions carefully as they contain important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer with respect to any purchase or service we provide to you.

We make every effort to provide our services as per the specifications and timelines mentioned for each service or product purchased by you from OnEasy. However, if for any reason, we are unable to fulfill the service or product you purchased from us, you may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

If you're dissatisfied with our service, please log in to OnEasy.ai using the email address from which the payment was made. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the 'Forgot Password' option to reset it.

Once logged in, select the engagement that did not meet your expectations and choose 'Not Satisfied'. We will escalate the engagement to the appropriate agent and manager to expedite the resolution. While we can address delays on our side, we cannot control delays on the Government’s side or issues related to incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by you. Please bear with our team as we work to complete your engagement to the best of our ability.

30-Day Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note that OnEasy Consultants Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform is granted. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service


Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation charge.

Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you can request this change before 12 hours or before we begin the work, whichever is earlier.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please log in to OnEasy.ai and select 'Get Help' to initiate the process. Additionally, send an email to hello@oneasy.ai with the transaction details to start the refund process.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.

Penalties or Tax Payments

Once access to the platform is provided, OnEasy Consultants Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted.

OnEasy will not be responsible for paying any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service.

We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services.

Factors Outside Our Control

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to factors beyond our control. Examples include:
